Creating artifacts using API?

 Hi all,

Is it possible to create an Artifact in RM using a REST API service?
I am trying to connect to RM using C# dot net code and create an artifact on click of a button in C#.
Please help,

Try looking at the Eclipse Lyo project, https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.lyo

plus we have some samples in our OSLC workshop on Jazz.net, two different styles: Java and Eclipse Lyo

Thanks for the information Rosa. OSLC4Net (https://open-services.net/resources/tool-20130121/) is what I was looking for. It's dot net equivalent of Eclipse Lyo.
