if we are using Jazz.net API and trying to access via wrong password continue its block the USER

we are using API in our batch job .which is running fine but now its not working we made the password update but we didnt update the password in code and its running continue 15 days with wrong  credentials  is the jazz.net team block access on the id .

 I do not understand if this is a question, if so, what the context of this question is, the products involved etc. 


In case you mean that you run automation against Jazz.net with a wrong password. After three incorrect attempts the user is locked for an hour. Change the password. 

Consider not running automation against Jazz.net.
