Unable to locate calLogFile.csv after enabling the configuration in JTS
We followed the procedure in the below document to obtain the calLogFile.csv to help generate user license log for CLM. However, after following the steps suggested in the below document, we do not see the file.

What could be the reason ?

The configuration to generate the log should be performed on the JTS configured as the floating license server. After enabling the property in the correct JTS, the issue was resolved. Ralph Schoon selected this answer as the correct answer
