Work Item view in Sametime/RTC collaboration

On the Team Collaboration using Jazz and Sametime 7.5.1 wiki page it shows a section for Work Item view in Sametime. I'm setup to a point where I can drag work items into a chat session and a hyperlink is created, but I can't get a Work Item view in Sametime.

Is this still possible? I see the comment "The Work Item view is not part of the regular Jazz products anymore." but I'm not sure if that's referring to RTC.

I'd assume it is not available in RTC either since that is a regular jazz product. I can't find the view in my sametime integration.
