How to make attribute read only and editable based on process roles in RTC

Hi All

Using RTC 6.0.2.

We have an attribute xyz of type enum. This attribute needs to be editable by all when the workitem is in Open state.

However, once the workitem moves to 'In Progress', it should editable only by only one role and readonly (not editable) by others.

I tried using the 'Read Only attributes For Type and State', but this applies to all roles.

Could anyone suggest how to make the attribute editable for one selected role.
