Linking TCER to TSER using Rest API

Hi,
Using the Rest Api, I am able to create a TSER and the Test suite Results(where a test case is run) as well. But, in the UI when i navigate to the TSER page and check the TCER section, I dont see any TCER.
How can i link TCER to TSER?

 Go to "Manage project properties" -> " Execution Preference" and enabled

"Automatically create test case execution records whenever a test suite execution record is created".

This will automatically create TCERs when you create TSERs
