Can't find BuildForge in the RQM 2.0 install image...

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the Build Forge<-->RQM integration as described in the RQM help here - http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v2r0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.lm.doc/topics/t_lm_intbf_v71.html

The help says: "Version 7.1.1 of IBM Rational Build Forge has many new features, such as job process optimization and security improvements. This version of theRational Build Forge application is included in the installation package of IBM Rational Quality Manager."

However when I look for any Build Forge related folders or executables in the RQM install folder, or the installation images folders I can't see any Build Forge related content.

Do I need to install Build Forge separately? If so, is there a trial version of Build Forge I can download and use with RTLM?

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy,
Build Forge does need to be installed separately.
You can grab it from here, under "Build Forge": https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0?p=allDownloads
Hope that helps.

John

Hi John,

Many thanks for the link. I had been using the RTLM 2.0.0.1 link - https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0.0.1?p=allDownloads which doesn't seem to have the Build Forge section in the list of downloads.

Cheers

Andy
