link arrows are not visible in IBM Rational DOORS

 IBM Rational DOORS version: 9.5

The module is imported from spreadsheet (CSV format). Although I had done the operations: "Click 'View', then click 'show' and check in the 'link arrow'". Whatever the in-link or not-link is not showed. can anyone tell how to resolve this?
