How can a repository folder and files be set to private or restricted access to some users in RTC SCM?

I want a folder and its contents in a component in RTC SCM be inaccessible to some users.

Customer wants a folder to be inaccessible to a team.

Is there a way to set this? Is there more than one way to achieve this?
