Would it possible if I change a work item parameter and other parameter Auto-Fill to some specific value depending on the change of first parameter?

Example: I change Status of the work item and like to change the Planed For parameter change accordingly?

Yes. calculated values can do that.

Note, if you can auto fill an attribute, it should likely not be there. It is a common anti-pattern to clutter work items with more and more attributes, then want automation to fill those values in, finally ending with having work items with way too many useless attributes and the users hating to work with the system.
