Can not see atifact comments when reviews are created on the same artifact

We have issue with comments in RDNG. Comments made on an artifact outside the reviews are not available if the reviews are created on the same artifacts at later point of time. It says that no artifact comment exist.

We are using version 6.0.6 for RDNG.

Can anyone please guide in the right direction ?
