Unable to Expand Project Node after upgrade?
We have been running RTC 2.0.0.0 Express Edition for some time (on Linux).
I have just attempted to upgrade to RTC 2.0.0.1 Standard Edition on Linux.
I have done this by installing RTC 2.0.0.1 Standard Edition on the same server as RTC 2.0.0.0 Express, in a different folder hierarchy.
I have then used repotools to export from the 2.0.0.0 Express Repository and import into a new 2.0.0.1 Standard Repository. I have run repotools -addTables to add any new tables that 2.0.0.1 may require (not sure if this is necessary?).
On bringing up the 2.0.0.1 server, all appears well after the upgrade, except for the Team Artifacts view in Eclipse - when I click on the plus sign to expand a project node, the plus sign disappears, but the child nodes (i.e. Build, Plans, Source Control, Work Items) do not appear. This happens for my own projects as well as the JUnit Sample project.
Has anybody seen this before?

Hi Steve
I have seen something similar - I lost some of the entries in the Team Artifacts project folder (eg: build). The fix was to check the licenses for the client - I was not properly licensed for the user I was logged in as. Also - you may want to check you are properly logged in.
Do you get the same problem in a brand new Eclipse workspace?

I am logged in as "me", who has Developer CAL and is a member of JazzAdmins, JazzUsers, JazzProjectAdmins.
I have created a new Eclipse workspace - same problem.
I can open up Work Items through "other" routes (e.g. through workitem queries), so I am assume I am logged in correctly.
I'll keep poking around.
Anthony - I think you could be onto something with the licences.
In the client I can see the status of the CALs is "deactivated".
There is a message saying that 'The "Developer" client access license type is not compatible with the Rational Team Server Express" server license Edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key'
I think I can take it forward from here - thanks for your help :D
