How can I automate the export of Reports to a csv or text file for ingestion into Power BI

We are currently using Rational Team Concert CCM v 6.0.4. I want to make a few reports or queries and automatically export that data on a weekly or monthly basis to a designated directory. The csv or text files could then be ingested into Microsoft Power BI.

 Having said that, if there is a piece of code that can already do this, please paste it in here and explain to me how I execute this code or run it to make RTC do what I want. Please don't refer me to some blog that has 37 answers and a series or comments that confuse the issue.
