Date in CSV extract Showing 1 day earlier than in workitem

I have a date attribute called 'Rolled On'. I enter it as today's date. However, when I extract this data using RTC web client (Dashboard widget), it shows me yesterday's date. Any solution for this?

Ex:

Date in Workitem: 01-08-2019

Date in CSV Extract: 01-07-2019

RTC is deployed in Europe server, & my system timezone is also EU

a little late in the day but experiencing the same ... date in the extract file is 2019-03-20 with no timestamp values included - when I import to the system it changes the date to 2019-03-19 11PM original date was 2019-03-20 12:00AM (which is what is in the extract file but with no timestamp)
