Will RRC have a floating licensing in 2.0 version? I can't find anything in Jazz.net

Yes. You can find reference to this in some RRC 2.0 work items, but to simplify and summarize: RRC 2.0 will introduce floating licenses for authors and reviewers. And as mentioned in the RRC 2.0 release plan this is scheduled for delivery this quarter (4Q2009). If you need more details before they are publicly announced, please contact your IBM sales rep or IBM business partner.
