"Un configured Process" not visible under the Process Templates section

Hello Team,

We are currenlty piloting RQM in Production.
In our test environment i see "Un configured process" process template , but i dont see the same in Productive.

because we are planning to use Process sharing.

Why is this?

It should be there.  Try Deploying predefined process templates.
