Need a REST/SOAP Service to create a ticket in RTC.

 Folks, 


I am looking for a SOAP/REST service for creating ticket in RTC, where I can provide all the details required for creating ticket and get the ticket ID in response. As I dont have a background in RTC, please suggest in case my approach it self is wrong. 

As a newbie I am not aware of the approach and was lost after referring to documentation in JAZZ. Please advice on the approach as well. 

Back ground: I have a custom application in JAVA from where I need to create a ticket  in RTC.
