Using: RTC 2.0 RQM 2.0

Defect 96969 raised against RTC for this:

Raised a defect work item in RQM from within a test execution result.
Our RQM project is connected to another project in RTC. (Our defects
are managed in RTC.)

The new defect work item can be opened in the RTC web UI but an error
occurs when trying to open the same defect work item in the RTC
Eclipse client:

Error running operation 'Loading Work Item'

CRJAZ0098I The service
"com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService{/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService}"
failed. The server returned the http error 500 with error text
"Internal Server Error". Examine any further details here
or look in the server log files for more information on how to
resolve the issue.

I would suggest to track this in the work item that you have created.
