maximum number of Tags allowed in RTC

 We are using CLM 6.0.4 and want to know what is the maximum number of tags allowed for RTC. also what is maximum string size of the tag field?


Currently we have around 34+ tags in tags field and when add another one, it throws an error saying:

Could not save workitem. Validation error for item: type=WorkItem, itemId=[UUID_0cNMDRENeJglyU_qw]
Value of internaltags is 1009 bytes. which is greater than the allowed encoded length of 1000 bytes.

 I believe you found the answer in that error. Its 1K bytes. If you are using that many tags in a single work item, you might want to revisit the usage of your tags.
