How to enter the TFS work item into DOORS next Generation as link , once TFS workitem number is clicked in the target column of the artifact it should redirect to TFS.

Is it possible to provide a link inside DOORS for TFS Workitem.

I see that, through (third party) adapters, the MS Team Foundation Server supports OSLC integration: https://open-services.net/software/team-foundation-server-oslc-adapter/

Does your setup of DOORS Next Generation and TFS have that OSLC integration installed and configured?

No, I haven't configured adapter . Is there any documentation to know how to do that ?

You will have to figure out how to install and configure that OSLC adapter with TFS yourself. That's outside the scope of the IBM Jazz products.

Once you have that running, look at the page Extending Rational DOORS Next Generation by using OSLC services to see how to setup the integration.
