Thanks Sean. The summary you can not create plugin extensions for other products as RTC. The other products don't provide an SDK. Sean gave the correct answer for writing an UI extension for DNG
To extend on that, look at this thread API customization of DNG UI to see all ways you can extend and connect to DNG
