Consider you have an RTC project, a DNG project and an RQM project.
I want to automate the creation of links between work items, requirements and test cases.
CSV import is not an option as it is restricted to create links within a single domain.
I am wondering if the tools APIs propose this capacity?

I have checked with the OSLC APIs for DNG and RQM, and it is possible to create inter-domain links with these APIs, e.g. to create Validated By and Implemented By links.
