Why does this message appear only sometimes while adding a test case to a test suite?

Message = "If you continue, any Test Suite Execution Records if associated with this Test Suite might become out of sync."
When I open a test suite and try to add an existing test case to it, sometimes i get this popup msg and sometimes I dont. I dont understand why. Is there some setting to be changed for this? Please help.

The message may be related to preference setting
"Automatically create Test Case Execution Records whenever a Test Suite Execution Record is created", you may want to check if different project areas has this setting checked or unchecked, which could lead to the warning.
