 I have made a report by BIRT.When I display it,the name of series is the type of "...".

example:"com.ibm.team.apt.epic.workflow.state.s1"
The state_name is from the Live_WorkItem_Cnt  in the WorkItems Snapshot.

And when the state_name if from the WorkItem_States in the WorkItems Snapshot,it is normal.
example:"new"

How Can I get the normal state names when I select the Live_WorkItem_Cnt  in the WorkItems Snapshot.

version of RTC: 6.0.2
type of client:Eclipse 3.6.x& Web(IE 8)
operating system:Windows 7
version of BIRT :2.6.2

The WORKITM_SNAPHOT table STATE has two relevant fields: STATE and STATE_NAME

STATE is the catenation of the "Project Area itemId", the letter "s" and the simple id of the state.

STATE_NAME will give you the name of the state
