Doubt about CLM 6.0.4 and Rational Insight

Hi everyone,

I would like to understand if is it possible and how to use CLM 6.0.4 and Rational Insight.

I used to use Rational Insight with CLM 5.0.2 and after I upgraded to 6.0.2 the problems began.

Now I'm using CLM 6.0.4, but I have some reports in Rational Insight that I would like to continue using it. So, those are my questions:

#1. Is it possible to use CLM 6.0.4 with Rational Insight? 
#2. Do I have to use just the JRS or Rational Insight? Or is it possible to use both?
#3. If I use Rational Insight, do I have to uninstall the DCC component?

Hello Luiz,

1) Yes, Insight version 1.1.1.7 can be used with CLM 6.0.4.
2) You can use both
3) If your ETL is not customized you might want to use DCC to collect the data and stop the data manager ETL as performances are better.
