Hi Kiran.
Check in JTS, under Server Administration, in the Server - configuration - Registered Application menu if there is any entry for RSADM (DM) there. If it exists, uninstall the application.
Veriquei in Communication, Consumers and Friends if there is any entry for the RSA, and delete it if it exists.
From the Home menu, start the Setup Server and navigate to step #5. Under Register Applications, click Add Application. In the Discovery field, enter the URL https://<server-name>/<app-content-root>/scr and give a tab. Then click register application.
After that, continue clicking next until you reach the RSA final setup menu and your application must be properly registered.

Pls, could you reproduce the problem and copy/past here a part of the app log that refers to the error? the "{"errortraceMarshall":......." is a generic error and can be caused by various types of problems.
