How to create a configuration tree as like GC tree using OSLC API or RM API? is there a tree node available for RM configurations?

Hi,

i would like to create a configuration tree for Requirement Management (RM) as like as GC tree which shows configuration details like Stream, child stream and baselines.

is there any API available for viewing the configurations in a tree hierarchy for RM?
