JRS Adv SQL Query - Troubleshooting

Oracle 11.x

We need to create a SQL query to prevent starting back up Cognos to create this. We need, for a given project ID

Name, UserID, Email, (active/inactive)

Seems simple, and I think we need to access "the resource table" but not sure.

I was able to obtain the information needed from support. I was not aware that there were views that could be used.
