JRS Report on RTC dashboard is not loading in IE 11

0	Rohit R (11●3) \| asked Mar 20 '18, 4:08 p.m. We are using CLM 6.0.2 with iFix 7 and notice that JRS reports on RTC dashboard is unable to load. All we see is "Loading, please wait..." message. The report loads perfectly in Firefox and Chrome. Is this a known issue with JRS and IE?
