Import requirements from within a text document not working in version 6.0.2

I am using RDNG version 6.0.2. When i try to import a word document and select option " <label class="" for="requirementsParsingWizardType" id="labelReqParsing"> Import requirements from within a text document" it shows me  </label> Loading wizard steps and does not do any thing else. after some times i got the timeout error message.

I tried searching in RM log but couldn't find anything useful. what can be the problem?

You will need to contact IBM Support for such problem.
