Is there any option available to disable the New approval creation button in RTC?
RTC version : 6.0.4
We have created some plugin to create approvals on state change of the work item. But we are not able to disable the New Approval button. This creates some confusion among users, that few creating the approvals through the plugin and few creating the approval using Approval button.
We now to disable the New Approval button in the Approval tab of the work-item.
Please advise if there is any option available for it.

As long as you only want to disable the create button, but still want that all other approval features work like before, there is no clean solution that I know of. You should ask IBM that they add an option to disable the create button.
You could use a client side plug-in and some JavaScript code that searches the button on the page and hides/removes it. This is however only an option of you are an experienced developer and exactly know what you do, because things can go terribly wrong if you don't.
