I want to add a resources tab to a plan view?  A plan view I just created in another project doesn't have this resources tab.  Any idea how to add it?

 As far as I know, that tab is only available in the formal planning process, because it does only make sense there. For the agile pocess types, the allocation is done by team membership and percentage of allocation to such a team across all iterations rather than a period.
