Is the 'creation date' of a Jazz user stored or logged anywhere?

I am looking for the creation dates of the users accounts within Jazz. Is this information stored anywhere? If it is stored in one of the CLM databases, what table is it in?

Currently using Jazz 6.0.1, but will be upgrading to 6.0.5 in the next month.
