We have created a build engine with Jenkins connection.
And created build definition which points to project in Jenkins pipeline and associated to above created build engine.

when we change status of PR(work item) to in progress, build starts automatically and Jenkins pipeline gets triggered with parameters passed from build definition.

But when we create another build definition and point it to different project in Jenkins pipeline and associate it to same Jenkins build engine. and change status of PR(work item) to in progress, build is not getting triggered.

What are the changes need to be done to achieve for a Jenkins trigger when a PR(work item) status changed.
