Using priority/sev values rather than icons in query output

Is it possible to have the query outputs show the actual Severity/Priority values rather than just the icons. For example, with Priority I'd rather have it show Low, Medium, High rather than the icon.

It is currently not possible to configure that, but this is tracked as a
