Is there a way other than Scripts to do changes to the "Discussion" field in workitems in RTC 6?

0	Abdelrahman Hassan (19●1●16) \| asked Oct 09 '17, 8:17 p.m. We need to change "Add a comment" phrase that is displayed by default in the "Discussion" field. We also need to make it mandatory. Any way to do changes to do that field other than scripting?

There is no way to change that for all I know. Comments are also no attribute and can not be made mandatory.
