 I would like create custom validation to force creation links when an new artifact is save in Doors Next Generation. Is it possible?

As far as I know, the answer is no.

When I use Team Concert and connect in DOORS, show me, the same configuration about pre condition and fallow up, then i thinked that was possible create a plugin and configure pre conditions as in CCM to work itens.

DNG does not provide the same extension abilities as RTC does.
