Upgrade Rational AppScan Entreprise Server v 8.7 from windows 2008 to windows 2012

Hello,

One of our client's AppScan Enterpise Server v8.7 is running on Windows 2008 R2 but the windows 2008 support is going to end soon. Can we upgrade the server from windows 2008 to windows 2012? or do you suggest to build a windows 2012 server and migrate AppScan to new server.
