DOORS Next Generation artifact/module name cannot be modified

I am using DOORS Next Generation 6.0.3 iFix006.
In Folder view, I click on the Pencil icon next to name for some artifacts or modules and it does nothing.
I found that this only happens to artifacts/modules of some particular artifact types.

I experienced the same issue in my 6.0.3 environment.

This is caused by Default workflow being selected as the workflow for those problem artifact types.
What I did to resolve this issue was to select "blank" for the workflow for those problem artifact types.

Below are the steps:
1. Find out the artifact type of the problem module
2. Go to Manage Project Properties
3. Check the workflow of the artifact type of the problem module
4. Select blank instead of Default for the Workflow
5. Click on Save
