Error when deleting plan

I recently upgraded to 2.0, Build id: I20090618-1753, and am trying different plan configurations. I get an error when attempting to delete any of the plans, new or old, in the project.

Problem
An error occurred during "Delete plan".

java.lang.IllegalStateException: doc counts differ for segment _0: fieldsReader shows 2 but segmentInfo shows 1

Can you please file a defect against Agile Planning including the full
stack trace. Thanks.
