I have a work item that I created and in the description field I utilized the basic Ctrl-B (bold) and Ctrl-I (italics) formatting. I recently noticed that all of the formatting has been replaced with tagging such as <b> </b> and <i> and </i>. This is in both the Eclipse and web clients. What could cause such a transition? It is terribly annoying and I don't want to go back and change it if it is just going to happen again.

FWIW - the work item was created in RTC 1.0.1.1 and we recently migrated to 2.0. I don't know if this is a side-effect of that.
