What is the correct plan for a Kanban board?

I am creating a Kanban process from scratch. What is the correct plan type? I am using RTC 5.0.2 and the plan types offered are:

- Sprint Backlog

- Release Backlog

- Product Backlog

- Cross-Project Plan

I'm leaning towards the Product Backlog, since Kanban doesn't have a concept of sprints or releases.
