How to add or remove RRC team members and roles with OSLC / REST?

I can analyse RRC 4.0.7 project areas, listing all teams, their administrators, members and roles using OSLC and Perl.  

However, while that is useful, in an environment with around 300 project areas and around 3000 users I'd like to be able to programmatically manage teams, adding or removing members and roles.

Is this possible?

 Thanks, Donald.  That's pointed me in the right direction and I should be able to work it out from there, even without using cURL.
