Hello All,

We are currently working on a widget which works on rich texts options in the description field. We are having a  issue with this description field if the bullet point is added in the description in RTC version 6.0.3.

We got this url when searching through the net : https://jazz.net/library/content/articles/rtc/6.0.3/limitation-rich-text-editor/

which tells about the : Limitations: Differences and limitations of the new rich text editor in Rational Team Concert 6.0.3

It says :

Enablement required

By default, the rich text editing capabilities are disabled. To enable rich text editing, you must set the Enable extended rich text presentation property to True on the Advanced Properties page of the application server. For details about setting advanced properties, see Configuring advanced properties.

But when searching in the server, we are not able to find this Enable extended rich text presentation.

Could anyone suggest on this.

Not sure how you could not see it - it's shown in my RTC 6.0.3 iFix003 environment.

Thanks for the reply Donald. We now were able to enable this configuration.

However, the issue with the bullet points is not solved. If the workitem has  bullet points in its description and in our widget, we are copying description from one workitem to other. this copying action is failing.

for other editor options it is working fine. only for bullet points it is failing.

Please assist me on this.
