Does "Owned By" in RTC work items, represented by tag "dcterms:contributor" in OSLC?

The Query Service section of this jazz.net article also indicates this is correct. Although I don't think it has to be Owned By. I think it can be any Contributor type.

I see other "contributor types" appear in their rtc name: modifiedBy, resolvedBy, creator, secondaryOwner. Only ownedBy property does not exists. I have no idea why they chose not to include this property in the rtc name, and I hope dcterms:contributor is only OwnedBy since this is what I need..
