Possible to see changes to the Primary text of DNG requirements over time ?

We would like to create a JRS Trend report that displays the number of Requirements which Primary Text (only) has changed over time.

A graph showing all changes (based on ModifiedOn field) seems possible - as per picture below -, but that takes into account all changes, whatever attribute was changed.

We only want to see the Trend of Requirements which Primary Text has changed.

Is this possible ?

Or is anyone aware of an enhancement request for this ?
