Hello All,
I was trying to synchronize the existing workitems.

Synchronization failed and error message mentioned that "The configuration of operation's preconditions/ folowup actions are declared final".

I followed this article.
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21372230

then I unchecked this Final in the operation behavior and saved. then synchonized executed.

Request you to assist on this Final checkbox and its Usage/impacts.

Thanks.

With the “Final (ignore customization of this operation in child areas)” checkbox unchecked, a child team is free to ignore the preconditions.

You can get idea from this article as well. : https://jazz.net/library/article/137
