Work Item Templates automatically assigned

I defined several Work Item templates on Project Area Initialization Process template. I need to assign some of them to a specific Role.

Is it possible to automatically assign Work Item Templates to a specific role?

Is it possible to define that some work item templates only appears on a specific iteration?
