I want to restrict users from using a particular artifact type, How to do it ?

Due to business reasons , users are no longer expected to submit new requirements of a particular artifact type. How to implement this ? Note : I don't want to delete that Artifact Type, I just want to temporarily disable submission of new requirements .

You can do it from Permissions Section of the project.

Go to Manage this Project Area --> Permissions --> Show by Operation --> Create an artifact of specific Type --> Then select Artifact and remove Permissions for all roles.

Hope so this will resolve the problem.
