Is there documentation on the JRS API? Specifically I'm looking to see how to return query results as JSON.

Is there a reason you're trying to query JRS instead of getting the data directly from the data source(s)?

 Jason -- for a given report you can export to Excel and you'll get the URI for that report. It'll return it in XML. I believe Python has an XML to JSON converter and so it's likely that other languages do too...but that's where I would start. Good luck.
